A survey by Nuffield Health has been finding out our slobbish habits with some shocking results.

Around one in six people said if their remote control was broken, they would continue watching the same channel rather than get up. (more…)

In a poll by The Government’s Know Your Limits campaign of 1954 adults, only 37% of drinkers admitted that having more than two pints of beer or two glasses of wine makes them over-eat and ditch the healthy diet (63% said they maintained their healthy diet) — just 29% said they ordered (more…)
