Improved building standards will give Scotland some of the greenest homes in Europe, a Holyrood minister said.

Scottish House Prices Still Rising 2008-04-15

Scotland is the only part of the UK where house prices are continuing to rise according to ‘The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (‘The RICS’), who state that 90 per cent of its members reported that costs were either rising or staying the same.
